8. WhatsApp Communications

If you consent to WhatsApp communications, you agree that BUY ALL LLC, through Mendoza Team, may send you WhatsApp messages regarding your inquiry, appointment scheduling, reminders, missing information, consultation logistics, and related service or marketing communications connected to your request.

Real estate transaction records may be retained in accordance with New York Department of State regulations and applicable professional licensing requirements.
