7. No Agency Relationship Without Written Agreement

A formal buyer agency relationship is established only upon the execution of a written Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement or other written agreement as required by applicable New York law, including New York Real Property Law Sections 440–443.

These Terms do not govern the terms of any Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement, real estate transaction agreement, or other written agreement you may enter into with BUY ALL LLC or Mendoza Team, which shall be governed by their own terms.
